Enron and Ken Lay

What ever happen to that scumbag Ken Lay and the Enron scandal? I have not heard Ken Lay's name mentioned in the news in months. Could this have anything to do with the fact that he and Bush were friends, or that Enron contributed to the Bush campaign?

I know that Andrew Fastow and his wife has been all over the news here in Houston. I havent heard of ken lay lately but the CFO has been front and center here.
