This book contains Ray Comforts opinion on many matters. He bends the scriptures to suit his own beliefs. As an example, on page 170 (Matthew 5:44) he attempts to validate executing people and does not mention Jesus very clear directions not to avenge e.g. Romans 12:14,12:17, 12:19
Unfortunately he is also inaccurate and makes untruthful statements about science and scientific research throughout the book, for example about geology and dating of fossils. And then despite supposedly discrediting carbon-dating in previous arguments he then uses carbon dating to validate the Dead Sea Scrolls.

This book is full of personal opinion pretending to be fact and is not for a thinking mind. Its Ray Comforts distortion of Jesus teachings.

The Evidence Bible is the New Testament + Psalms and Proverbs in the KJV. Throughout the entire Bible there are quotes from every revivalist you can think of in addition to some from well known scientiest. This Bible has the answer to any question - Athieism, evolution, dinosaurs, etc.. Great for skeptics and so awesome for street witnessing.

The author does a good job of presenting study notes to explain ways of witnessing to various religous groups. He also goes into detail about topics that are often misunderstood by the average reader. For the serious Bible student, it is a good starting point to give direction for more in depth study, but for the most part it doesnt go much farther than a brief explanation of different topics. I have used it many times to get a simplified means to speaking to younger Christians who are seeking to grow in the word but are too young to grasp much of the deeper theology when reading the Bible. I would recommend this book as a topical guide to anyone with pre-teen children.
