If you meant evolution, I believe that is another taboo subject on the BB, so you might not get too much discussion.

    Cheers,

Is the OP about the furthering support and cause of Eve's being deceived? :)

Evolution is a man-made idea in order to deny God's existence and the creation.

I'll qualify this with macro-evolution. Micro evolution is in fact a reality. There are proven changes within a species to adapt to diferent environments, but never an adaptation from one species to another.

Unfortunately many professing Christians have compromised the Biblical teaching of creation with the claims of evolution and embraced a concept called ‘theistic evolution’ teaching that God uses evolution to accomplish His creative purposes. The term ‘theistic evolution’ is self contradictory since the fundamental postulates of evolution are unlimited time and chance without design. The following remarks by leading evolutionists [from The Modern Creation Trilogy by Henry M. and John. D. Morris] show the absurdity of theistic evolution.

Nobel prize winning biologist Jacques Monod writes:

“Natural selection is the blindest most cruel way of evolving new species. .... I am surprised that a Christian would defend the idea that this is the process which God more or less set up in order to have evolution.”

Evolutionist A. J. Mattell is even more perceptive:

“Those liberal and neo-orthodox Christians who regard the creation stories as myths or allegories are undermining the rest of Scripture, for if there was no Adam there was no fall; and if there was no fall, there was no hell; and if there was no hell, there was no need of Jesus as Second Adam and Incarnate Savior, crucified and risen. As a result the whole biblical system of salvation collapses. .... Evolution thus becomes the most potent weapon for destroying the Christian faith.”

The evolutionists of today believe little of what the evolutionists did of the past.

Evolution is an effort to explain creation without God.

Not always! What about Theistic Evolutionists?

We sure don't deny God or creation.

    Cheers,

While I understand and can appreciate your point I see no merit scientifically nor historically in theistic evolution. I see no evidence of true evolution.

Sorry, but no. Natural selection is not chance. It is the fact that life forms with traits that give them a competitive advantage tend to live to pass on those genes to progeny. Those who do not, are less likely to survive to do so.

Here's one of the things I find confusing about your viewpoint. Hopefully you can shed some light on it.

I assume that you believe that Jesus died and three days later he was resurrected? Obviously this viewpoint goes against all scientific evidence. A human can not die and then become alive again three days later! So, why is it that, since Genesis goes against scientific evidence, you don't believe it is true? Can God perform a miracle in the form of Jesus resurrection, but not in the form of creation?

Yeah, yeah, I know. And the giraffe got its long neck by stretching to get the top leaves.

By the way you are totally wrong. Also if one rationally believes in evolution they have to believe in the eternity of matter/energy.

I believe in the eternal God!

Not necesarily. The origin of the universe and biological evolution are two totally different subjects. You are once again confused.

The deal is some people claim that their interpretation of the Bible is the only correct one and they treat anyone who disagrees with their interpretation like they don't believe the Bible at all. But the bottom line is that the Bible plainly states that God created. It does not say how God created.

Nevertheless, we do know that God is a baseball fan for the Bible say that in the big inning that God created the Heavens and the Earth.
