    It appears that Bush will stand or fall, depending on people's perceptions of what he's done for America, not what he's done for Afghanistan.

    I'm making a prediction. Bush's victory will be decisive. It won't be nearly as close as the media want you to believe.

    I don't say that because I'm a huge Bush supporter. Just a gut feeling based on a couple of observations.

    So, on one hand, we have tax cuts for the rich to be paid for by the grandkids and, on the other, environmental devastation (mountaintop removal, slag dumped in waterways, higher arsenic levels allowed in drinking water, more mercury in the air, water companies no longer having to report contaminates levels to customers, to name a few off the top of my head), giant deficits, eroded civil rights and the soft economy. Go Bush!
