    (It's about time!!!)

Court will resume in April in Auburn, New York, when a judge takes up the case of a video rental store operating under the chain name "Family Video," that's been sued by the city for selling X-rated videos -- in violation of its code regulating sexually oriented businesses -- because the store is located within 500 feet of a residential neighborhood.

I stopped going to our local Family Video and got Netflix.

FV's X-rated movies are in a separate room, but their R-rated movies (with graphic sexual pictures and nudity) are right next to the family videos.

I got tired of having to steer my teen-aged grandson around all the bad ones. It wasn't worth the hassle.

With Netflix, I don't have to leave home. :)
