    What are your MLB playoff predictions? Here are mine.

    Boston Red Sox over Chicago White Sox
    Los Angeles Angels over New York Yankees
    Atlanta Braves over Houston Astros
    St Louis Cardinals over San Diego Padres

    Los Angeles Angels over Boston Red Sox
    St Louis Cardinals over Atlanta Braves

    St Louis Cardinals over Los Angeles Angels


    BTW, I love how the Yankees, and the Anti-Babe in particular, are complaining that Buck Showalter pulled some of his players out of the Angels-Rangers game, a game that the Angels came back to win and gain home-field advantage over the Yanks. You had to know that A-Rod would be one of the complainers. Here's looking forward to another Yankees playoff collapse. [​IMG]

    It would be nice to see the Red Sox do it again.

    But I'll be happy with anybody as long as it's not the Yankees or Braves, and especially not those darn Astros (we were robbed!).

    Chicago White Sox haven't play in World Series since year 1917. White Sox have been suffering for long time. I would like to see White Sox to win World Serioes to end their long drought. But, it is not easy for White Sox to end their long drought this playoff.

    One team which I hate the mostly is YANKEES!!! :mad: I am so tired of see Yankees won 25 World Champions is ENOUGH!!!

    I hope Yankees will lose in the playoff games earlier against Angels.

    Wait and see.

    The Astros have the three best starting trio in baseball - Petite, Clemens, Oswalt. My concern is if they will score enough runs. I'm hoping that they do so. [​IMG]

    WOW! I might be thinking like you, BUT, don't have the grip to say it in print! :D :eek:

    If their pitting stays hot, they could stagger through the playoffs, but don't think they can go all the way.

    You and I have the same predictions. And I'm an Angels fan, too. I think the Angels will make it to the WS, but I don't think they're win (if they do, it will be by the slimmest of margins).

    So far, I'm not doing too bad. I successfully predicted that the Angels would lose game1, of the ALDS but win games 2 and 3. (A game1 loss was almost assured, since they won the previous 6 in a row, and eventually statistics have to catch up to ya). Tonight is game 2, and I've got tickets!!! woohoo!!!!

    Astros win game 1 in Atlanta; 10 - 5.

    We're on a roll.

    We've never even been to the World Series, let alone won it, but I believe this is our year.

    We needed Bagwell back in the lineup to make the team complete. Now he is and we are.

Since I grew up in Michigan I am a Tigers fan, but until they have a team that can actually make it to the playoffs, I will continue to root for the Yankees. I don't why I do, I just like their lineup and enjoy watching them play.

    Until they are knocked out, I believe that they are the team to beat. Go Yanks.
