    Sorry, but I don't see what that chart has to do with the budget. It's about tax receipts. As you know, there is this pesky thing called budget deficits, or the difference between tax collections and spending.

    Looking at the chart I see that the top 10% of earners paid 71% of all taxes collected in 2010. Top 10% are those making more than $116,000 a year.

    The top 25% earners ($69,000+) paid about 88% of all taxes.

    What do you think it should be?
