    Good link Ken.

    Congressmen would just make a nonsensical link to a line in the constitution, using logical gymnastics to substantiate their latest unconscinable offering - just as many do in their campaign/floor speeches (or debate sound bytes). I don't know if Shadegg's rule would help. Would be interesting though.

    What a concept - laws should emanate from the Constitution :thumbs:
