This is something of great interest to me as I have somehow become over 50. I have many plans to address multiple issues in the battle against age and to achieve a high quality of wellness. Personally, I don't feel "over the hill" yet and after getting back to being more serious about my training I am seeing signs that I still have climbing to to do before I start slipping down that slope on the other side. I am currently working on forming several new habits and establishing goals, some of which set the bar pretty high, which I believe will help me keep “moving forward’. Anyone else here dealing with the effects of aging and/or setting any plans into motion?

Some here may be interested in this awareness program from American Physical Therapy Association.
