Doesn't Alec Baldwin have a show on MSNBC ? Wonder how Rachel Madcow is feeling about her cohort.

Yep. I get very upset at the people of God always acting so selfishly and seemingly giving lip service to all that they do and all that they are for while showing no love for those whose politics, economic status, or social situation differs from their own.

I get very upset that the church Jesus left behind is known more for its stinginess and its anti-everything stance than it is for loving people.

I get very upset when the church that Jesus Christ left behind gets more concerned about its 401ks and politics than it does about seeing souls saved.

I get very upset when I see the church treating those Jesus came to save as modern day lepers.

You just let me know when and I'll lay out the welcome mat. I've got more than enough.

Your statement is very telling about how lots of folks in the evangelical church think today.

You're upset that the government is taking your stuff and giving it to "others in need".

Perhaps God is using the government as the agent to do what He expected us to willingly do but at which we have failed miserably?

Perhaps He is using the government to take all of our stuff and give it to "others in need" to show us who we should really be dependent upon? we talk a good game, but the minute the government starts taking what the government printed, we get all indignant.

Perhaps the very thing that we think is hurting us is the thing God is using to turn a bunch of disobedient sinners back to Him?

Obama wants to destroy the economy of this country and hope a Marxist regime rises from the ashes.

That sounds just like Obama and the reactionary democrat left cabal he oversees!

It is the reactionary democrat left who long for the past. They just want someone to direct every facet of their lives. They are perfectly willing to sell themselves into serfdom.

You have it backwards as usual CTB. The Tea Party people love this Constitutional Republic and want to preserve it. The reactionary democrat left wants to establish some form of dictatorial government to care for them, cradle to grave; they long for serfdom.

I have been pointing out the hypocrisy of CTB's support for position on abortion for years and have been roundly criticized by some on this forum for doing so!

It is only the reactionary-democrats like you and the reactionary-democrat media that hold that false view.

I have as well. Saying you oppose abortion but then support laws that make it legal and you support the organizations that provide them is not reasonable and sheds doubt on the idea that one oppose abortion.

Has anyone else noted that Crabby didn't even acknowledge, much less attempt to answer, my questions (post #6)?

There you go, off topic again. Seems a bad habit with yout.

Guess your memory is faulty again. I never said I supported making abortion legal. I have said I am opposed to abortion. I have also said there is so much precedence supporting Rowe vs. Wade that I do not believe the supreme court will rule it unconstitutional.

Also notice I posted an entry saying I do not support Gay Pride.

However, you have yet to say if you support the extreme White supremacist wing of the Tea Party or the White supremacist and racist Battle Flag of Northern Virginia or as others call it 'the Southern Cross'. Most folk think the Stars and Bars is the well known flag, it isn't.

Here is the true Stars and Bars.

So do you defend the White supremacist who wear the "Southern Cross"?

As Zaac so eloquently put it, why are you showing no love for those whose politics differ from your own?

    Actions speak louder than words.

But you support homosexuals celebrating their perversion!

There are no "white supremacists" in the Tea Party. That is a lie propagated by the reactionary-democrats and their media arm!

The War of Northern Aggression was not over slavery CTB. That was just an issue used by the Yankees in an attempt to get the draft dodgers to "june up"!

You have asked me if I wanted to see back alley abortions when I posted something against abortion laws. That said all I needed to know.

And there are no racists in the Tea Party. But your op is racist.

By acknowledging that there will be back alley abortions if abortions are declared unconstitutional and illegal does not mean a person supports abortion. It is simply a recognition of fact. Perhaps you are too young to have known anyone who lost their life, or whose mother lost their life as a result of a back room abortion. Making abortions illegal will not stop them.

Again you are attempting to deflect the thread.

That was not my question. Do you support the ideas put forth by the political extremists who wear the "Southern Cross" flag? A simple reply should be quite easy.

Yes it does. Especially in light of the context of my previous words before you said it. It places great doubt on your claim that you oppose abortion. There was just no reason to bring it up. No reason to "acknowledged" that unless you are defending the abortion law.

In other words, you completely ignored my post, didn't watch the video, and now you want me to debate it.

    Pound sand.

What actions? On the BB there are only words.

Not really. But under our Constitution they have that right.

No one with a mind believes your statement ... not if they have read about the Tea Party. See the quote below:

I don't believe I have talked about the causes. What we are talking about here are the ideas expressed by many who wear the "Southern Cross" flag.

There has been no racism against Obama and the Tea party has no ties to white supremacist groups. That is the liberal lie created only because the Tea Party message was so effective that they won back the house and several seats in the Senate.

It is nothing but dirty politics which we all know crabby is not afraid to participate in. It is evil behavior and not Christian to be a false witness.

It is the default far left extremist accusation when they have nothing else. Their own message will not be accepted by the public so they lie about what their policies will do (obamacare) and lie about the character of those with different views.
