    NLT Large Print Slimline Edition
It uses the 2007 revision. I have a 1996 edition in good condition. My compact-sized 2004 edition is coming apart.
I gave away my One Year Bible to a Korean woman years ago.

Pulpit Crimes by James White. It was published in 2006. 156 pages
Here are some provocative chapter headings:
    Felonious Eisegesis
    Identity Theft
    Entertainment Without A License
    Cowardice Under Fire
    Warranty Fraud

I read all of the first one listed and skimmed some of the rest.

Isaac Watts : His Life And Thought
It's written by Graham Beynon. 196 pages.
I read the ending first. I might end up buying another book on the life of Watts
    that he mentioned.

Constantine Tischendorf : The Life And Work Of A 19th Century Bible Hunter
It's by Stanley E. Porter (it's my third book by him.)

Porter has the first 72 pages. The rest of the chapters are Tischendorf's translated from the original German.
I have spend a lot of time in this one so far. T. is unfairly maligned by many. But he was a godly scholar as well
as being a profound theologian. What he accomplished none have even come close to doing doing.

I know I have been cheating by peeking ahead of time. But I will get around to devouring each page by page.

Oh boy, I bought another book in Hong Kong over the weekend. It's called The Good Women Of China Hidden Voices by Xinran. Vintage Books of London.(2003)

There are 15 chapters. The ones I read so far are :
The Girl Who Kept A Fly As A Pet
    The Guomindang General's Daughter
    A Fashionable Woman
    The Women of Shouting Hill

Each of the above are shocking, but true. I winced a number of times reading of their torments.
