    WHAT verse supports that one is saved apart/without placing faith in jesus of the Bible?

    Dude, I have a multitude of threads and posts here that deal with that, you best read them !

    You however teach a salvation by works, and deny that the death of Christ alone Justified the Elect before God, Just as the resurrection gives Evidence of Rom 4:25

    25 Who was delivered for[because of] our offences, and was raised again for[because of] our justification.

    If the Elect or those Christ died for, [ for they are the same] were not Justified before God on account of Christ's Death, then He would not have risen from the dead !

    All of that you quoted happens to us WHEN we beoieve in jesus, at THAT moment we are justifed/saved, indwelt by holy spirit, NOT before that time!

    salvation happens at a definite point in time, as NONE of us are saved until faith in jesus!

    Readers, please take note that SBM quotes this text OUT OF CONTEXT repeatedly as the verse before and after it condemns his INSINUATION that the word "for" in verse 25 or the Greek term "dia" means implementation - it does not but by his own definitions it refers to the resurrection as THE BASIS for justification through faith as verse 24 and Romans 5:1 explicitly tells us.

    However, false teachers always jerk texts out of context, disregard the contextual explanation fully given from Romans 3:24-5:1 over and over again that justification before God is BY FAITH without works. So simple, so clear, only a depraved seared conscience could fail to see.

    The problem here is that the term "justification" in verse 25 simply means declaration of acceptance. Christ's resurrection openly delcares that his death for our sins was accepted by God for us. That is the essence of the gospel message which we must believe in order to have his righteousness imputed to us by faith (v. 24) and Paul is writing to those who were justified by faith in that message (Rom. 5:1).

    Verse 25 is presenting the essence of the "good news" which must be received by faith in order that Christ's righteosness might be imputed to the believer and thus justified by faith.

    Verse 24 proves this by the use of the FUTURE tense "shall be imputed" and condition "IF we believe on him." Verse 25 presents the information that faith must receive or the "good news" of the gospel which is that Christ died in behalf of our sins and was raised in behalf of our justification which is through faith in this very gospel.

    A. The future tense in verse 24 conditioned upon faith proves this.

    B. The Aorist tense in Romans 5:1 qualified "by faith" proves this.

    Therefore verse 25 simply provides the CONTENT of the gospel message that must be received by faith (v. 24) and thus being "Justified by faith" results in peace between God and the believer (5:1).

    Verse 25 simply presents the content of the good news to be received by faith and which justifies the believer before God (Rom. 4:1-2).

    the act of God declaring men free from guilt and acceptable to him

    2) abjuring to be righteous, justification

    The Resurrection of Christ was an open declaration that those for whom Christ died for their offences, that they have been declared free from guilt, accepted with God, and that God confessed them as Righteous.

    This is God's solemn witness that they are Righteous for whom Christ died ! You deny this, you deny the very witness of the resurrection and are worse off than a infidel !

    It means "declare" or "make righteous" depending on the context. But in Romans 4:25 the immediate preceding context and the immediate following context demands that the preposition "dia" is prospective and not retrospective and refers to justification by faith in this gospel - good news DECLARATION that Christ died in our behalf and was raised again in prospect of our justification by faith in this truth!

    That is exactly what verse 24 says "SHALL BE IMPUTED if we believe on him"

    That is exactly what Romans 5:1 says "Justified BY FAITH"

    peter commands us to believe in jesus to get saved, so does John/paul!

    Where do you get your theology from, as its NOT from the Bible!
