Good ideas for dating,..oops I mean courting,LOL!!!!!!

    Anybody have any good ideas that a christain couple can do besides the dinner and movie deal, so boring!!!! Any ideas any one?

    Rollerblading through the park
    Paddleboating (I like the tidal basin, but your favorite contained body of water will do [​IMG] )
    Picnicking
    Museums
    Art galleries
    Being tourists in your own city
    Head to a jazz club
    A game of HORSE and lunch at a deli
    Speaking of horses, horseback riding!
    Local theatre productions
    Support your local sports team
    Join a local league and play on a team together
    Volunteering somewhere together


    The point is, find things you both ilke to do, and do them together. Even better, introduce your partner to something you like that's new to him or her. You might surprise each other with new finds.

    Dinner and a movie is nice sometimes, but you're right, it does get boring. A couple can talk while doing all sorts of activities, and there's no reason to confine yourselves to the same 'ol same 'ol.

    we enjoyed (well, still do!):

    hiking at state/national parks
    bike riding
    attending musicals/theatre
    going to the zoo
    canoeing
    bowling
    putt-putt
    race car tracks (friendly competition)
    historical sites
    day trips to nearby towns

    Have fun! Enjoy getting to know each other!

    One thing about Dounuts!! There bad for ya!!! LOL Cops and dounuts, bad stero-type so I don't eat them, and besides each dounut you eat take a couple months of ya life, lol just kidding, but to much fat !!! lol
    Freeze, Take your hands off the dounut and drop the coffe!!!

    AuDzY.....ROTFLOL! That is just awful.... [​IMG] but VERY funny. I have a friend who told me she was gonna get me one that said: "Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most." and for both of us; "Help me! I'm talking and I can't shutup!"
    Idea's on dating/courting? Um never did either, so I really don't know. When I do {if someone's crazy enough to put up with me...} I'd bring him to chruch with me!
    Oh but there is one thing I think is very important for a couple...pray together. I think the best kind of relationship is one built around God.
