    Vermont accepted the US Constitution when they ratified their own. They would have to set up an addendum to do so. I wonder how self sustaining they really are?

    Do they produce anything besides coffee, teddy bears, and syrup?

    Whatever. Good luck with that.

    Sounds like another jab at the President made by some children on the playground with no knowledge that another person will be elected as President before they will ever get it on their agenda to suceeed.

    I think the idea was that Vermont was going to join Canada rather than 'go it alone'. I don't think the Constitution prohibits secession; rather it's one of the Amendments post-Civil War (1868?) which outlaws it.
