    If you look at the Euro you'll see an artificially inflated currency and economic system. It is kept afloat by false promises, optimism and lies.

    I believe the same could happen world wide.

    It's called fiat currency or money. The gold standard went away in the 1930s.

    'The term “fiat” currency is also used specifically to refer to a currency that is not pegged or fixed to a mass of precious metal, and similarly the term “gold standard” is used to refer to fiat currency with a gold bullion exchange system, or to a parallel gold coin/fiat currency with a law that requires the fiat currency bank of issue to pay in gold coin'.

    That is a given.

    That depends: is the money supply going to be proportional to the wealth of each nation, or are they going to simply print enough to go around? Those are rhetorical questions, of course.

    I think you would hear yes and no in answer to this question.
