We will miss you, Askjo, but why do you leave by saying that the discussions on this board about Bible versions are the worst you have ever seen?

There is nothing to forgive, you have your opinion, I have mind, God bless you too. But, I think the remark would have been better to have been left off. IMHO.

I really enjoy chatting with you by make posts at Baptistboard. I getting know you more, because you are deaf! I am not alone in this Baptistboard! You are part of deaf family at Baptistboard!

I want to telling you something. In my heart I always stand for King James Version 100% completed. I always reading KJV everyday, because it is more close to Greek or Textus Receptus than any versions. I have nothing against KJV.

No one here saying that they are against KJV. I hope that you will understand toward us, what we saying.

I miss you!!! Hope you can come and visit us again soon as possible! God bless you!

Because we were supposed to suspend our critical faculties and agree with him and the rest of the KJV-only amen corner, and we were bad, and didn't.

Or, I suggest you, you do not have to make post in this area about Versions issue. You can make post at other discussion areas, like as you like to discuss on Theology. Why not discuss out there.

There are plenty different issues out there, not just focus only on Bible translation issue. You see, I do not make post often in this area. Because, being debate on versions is not necesscary. It does not make us profitable.

I believe we should discuss on doctrines of the Bible to help us for profitable and spiritual.

Why not you can go over there making post at theology instead discuss on Bible translation?

I hope you will make post here at baptistboard often as you can.

I won't say "good-bye". That is too final. I will say bye-bye, because I plan on seeing you again. You have been an opponent in the KJVO debate, but more importantly you are a brother in Christ. You have been willing to apologize when shown incorrect and have shown yourself humble in that way. The Lord has used you to teach me in this area. I appreciate your faith in Jesus and although we disagree on the KJVO I appreciate your zeal for the Lord.

I hope after you take some time away, you will return.

Sorry to see ya go...but I disagree that this is the WORST versions discussions there are. OTOH, these discussions are carefully moderated so as to not degenerate into a flame war, and we have people who actually CHECK OUT the allegations before blindly accepting them as axioms.

If you decide to stay off for good, please know I consider you a BROTHER IN CHRIST, and in the end that's all that matters.

Askjo, it was enjoyable debating with another Christian brother. Although we didn't disagree in this particular part of the board, it is my guess we would agree in many other places. Maybe that is where we should have concentrated.

I honestly never knew that you were a deaf brother until DeafPosttrib mentioned it. Not that it would make any difference anyway. That is interesting, though because my wife works with our deaf ministry at church. You could have probably provided us with some tips and help.

Even though we may disagree, God blessed you with a lot of brains.

Come back, and you can even throw some rocks at us if you want. Michelle will miss you because she relies on your support, but she is tough, she can stand on her own.

God bless you in your endeavours and honestly, although we have been in each others face, I want you to know that I do consider you a Christian Brother. Maybe in heaven we can sit down and laugh about our silly disagreements.

I did conclude you are deaf awhile back. While I am hearing, I did work for TDD service at National AIDS Hotline many years ago, so I learned to to type in form like deaf person from time to time to help in understanding like am typing here now. I feel like part of deaf family here too because of you and DeafPost trib.

You were a worthy adversary, and nothing to forgive from you either. Do not worry about that. We must all understand how to talk about KJVO issue like Christians meant to talk as in Romans 13 and 14 and 1 Cor. 8 about matters of opinion.

Look for me in heaven one day with DeafPost trib, so we can talk in person and have joy together, especially because we all have understanding in full and even more special you both be able to hear perfectly too!
