    I've been seen to use this phrase in reaction to some of the more unbelievably dense posts put up on BB, and a couple people have PM'd me and asked where I got that phrase. Supposedly it is an Old South/southern Midwest non-obscene phrase of exasperation, but I'd not heard it until I saw it here:
