Old news, Rev. Breitbart had this 18 months ago.

The truth is, Barack Obama Senior is most likely not his father. Frank Marshal Davis is in all probability the sperm donor, but they had to find a new father since Frank Marshal Davis was a full blown Muslim communist and that would never do for the future president.

Not surprising. The university has conspired with it's most highly placed graduate to prevent journalists from accessing his records. Or did you not know that everything available about the Great Pretender is controlled, vetted public relations stunts that meet the naked emperor's approval?

The OP said it is from a 1991 issue of the Harvard Law Review. Now even Harvard cannot retrieve all the 1991 issues from all the libraries in the US and change them.

Seems you are another who will believe noting from a cited authority, but anything with a bias you agree with. Intellectually that is totally dishonest.

Also the Western Center for Journalism is known for biased, unreliable reporting. Their name sounds respectable, but that is simply a ruse. They have no credibility and do not pretend to if you read their articles.

What difference does it make now? Are we going to say that since he failed to meet the qualifications to be president (not native born) then his presidency is invalid and every bill he signed into law is now invalid? I don’t think so.

Many sources, including the Harvard Law Review, claimed he was born in Kenya before he ran for office. We have still never been given access to his records to see if he was enrolled as an international student or received financial aid as one. Did he lie then to get tuition money, or did he lie later to get elected president? He supporters expect him to lie and don’t have a problem with it either way. And there are enough of them to get him elected twice. Those who oppose him do so on many issues and would not support him if he had told the truth.

So what difference does it make?

Even snopes says that they did publish Kenya and Obama's birth place back in 1991, but not in the Harvard Law Review, just in a literary promotional booklet:

And in the article cited above it is said there is no evidence that Obama was born in Kenya. Even Andrew Breitbart in not a birther.

And as NCT said, what difference does it make now? Obviously you don't want to deal with the weighier issues, but prefer to pursue fluff so you don't have to answer for your hero's incompetence.

Native born, if you mean by this term, born in the US, is not a requirement. But being a natural born citizen is a requirement. He was a natural born citizen no matter where he was born as his mother was a natural born citizen. Under the law a child born to a natural born citizen is a natural born citizen.

The summer I worked in Moscow, Russia we met a missionary couple from the US who had traveled from Siberia to Moscow to register the birth of their second child. Both of their children were born in Siberia, but they are natural born US citizens.

Birthers are simply grabbing at straws and have repeatedly been shown to be wrong. But facts are not of interest to them.

Yes, absolutely. It is only sloth and cowardice that would neglect to do so.

This is not always true, I have a good friend from Poland, he was born there in 1950. His mother was born and raised in the U.S.. Because Poland was communist when he was born, he had to apply to become a citizen when he moved here in 1993. His older sister, who was born before Poland was communist did not have to apply for citizenship, but was considered natural born.

That has nothing to do with this story, but persons with American parents aren't always considered natural born citizens.

That is interesting. I didn't know that. Regardless Kenya was not Communist.

Yes, I've known and worked with this fellow since he came here, we are very close friends. He has told me this story several times. His sister was much older, born in 1938 or 39 if I recall, and she was considered natural born when she came to the U.S., but he was not.

Just for the record, how much do we REALLY know about the ZERO?
Take your pick about any facet of his life, and see where you end up; most (all?) of what WAS known was detrimental to being POTUS.

All of this info was "not known" prior to his first election, but the lack of same made no difference to the guilty white voters and blacks that wanted the first black president as a reality in their lifetime.

Well, those of you who were so ecstatic about the result, and still worship "the unknown god", you can just set back and see the country ruined ; but by gum, WE GOT A BLACK PRESIDENT.

If you had used a little common sense we could have still had that first black, but it would have been a Sowell, or Williams, or Carson, or any of several others that loves this country, but ------.

So we now live, reaping what has been sown.
