    Health and Wellness....It has been there for awhile now. Not my cup of tea. The last thing I want to is read about people being ill or well.

    Seems this is a certianly a topic of great interest to most people.
    So why do we fail to heed what we know to be the right thing for health and wellness, taking care of our bodies?
    Eating properly, some sort of excerise(whatever we each are capable of).*
