As Karl Barth seemed to hold to God electing Jesus to be the Saviour foremost, and that All sinners were potentially elected by God into Jesus, and they removed themselves put of that election by their choice to not continuing and accepting jesus as their messiah?

So would many Arminians be adopting a view that God elected to save all sinners by death of Jesus, and until they either know that fact, or else reject Him personally, they would still be saved by Jesus?

If in a saved state before hearing about Jesus and rejecting Him, why even tell others and risk them losing their reconcilliation with God?
