    Have you ever considered why there is no memorial for veterans of the cold war? We have memorials of every war we've fought (I'm guessing here) but I don't think we have one for the Cold war that we fought and WON. We have memorials for Nam a war we didn't win and will surely have one for Iraq whether we win or not, so why not for those that fought in the Cold war.

    They only faced nuclear anihilation. No, few died in that war, though I'd guess there were more than one would think if totalled up.
