I was in the service during the first gulf war and was sent to camp Roberts to prepare to deploy. Furtunately, the war ended in 28 hours which left me all dressed up with no where to go...
I was deployed to Saudi Arabia during the first stages of Operation Iraqi Freedom but was never actually in Iraq.
I'm married, does that count?
did 2 combat tours in Viet Nam.
I've been in Baptist Church business meetings...does THAT count?:saint: :laugh:
I've not served in the military, but boy could I tell you of some big battles I've seen while in God's army!

But on a serious note....... I greatly appreciate all who have served and have fought to keep our country........ our country. Thank you.
I was in the Persian Guld for most of 1982, and also lobbed a few shells into Beruit. I was one of the cold warriors.
As a non-combat veteran, I say a great big "THANK YOU" to all who have fought for our freedom. :applause:
