Can anyone tell me how to post images in the body of my posts with this new format? I cannot figure out how to do it!

I used to be the one who showed everyone else how to post images in posts, now I can't even get them to show up in my own posts! :tear:

I can post images from 'Best Smileys', but not from Google or an animated graphic site, or the photo saving site I use.

The image will show up when I hit "Preview Post", but nothing but the URL shows up when I hit "Reply to Post".

    Thanks!

Sue, are you clicking on the little yellow square that looks like it has a mountain and a stamp on it? (That the only way I can describe it).

Hi Sue, happened to see this...
when you're replying, there are all those buttons right above the text box you're typing in? the button that has the mountains? If you move your arrow cursor there, it says Insert Image?

Yes, I am clicking on the picture icon. On the old format, that's all I had to do.

On this one, it doesn't have the on it and it's just not working.

Could I have some settings wrong?

    ?

When i post a pic, i click on the mountain pic, the box pops up to request the URL, i insert it.

And the pic will show on the reply text box. No commands needed. And you get to resize it, if i'm not wrong.
It's actually better than vefore the upgrade.

Hope you're not too frustrated, sue. You want to post the URL of the pic you're trying to post?

Donna, I got this off my animation site.

I have to click on "Quick Reply".

    Then click on "Go Advanced".

THEN click on the picture icon.

    Erase the http://

Paste the URL I have copied.

That is the ONLY way it works for me.

Ok, when I try to use quick reply, it says: "Please click one of the Quick Reply icons in the posts above to activate Quick Reply." I don't see a quick reply button.

E, quick reply is in the lower right hand corner of each post it looks like a white box with a yellow line, I think it is a paper and pencil icon.
