Everybody has their limits. People can only get pushed around so long before they start pushing back. Hezbollah has seriously underestimated Israel's resolve. It'll be interesting to see how this whole mess plays out.
I remember a little corporal saying something similar about England in 1939. England is still around and Hitler is six feet under.
Israel has the same resolve, and so they should. They were attacked. ONe can only turn the cheek so many times...eventually it gets sore.
I noticed that when the Bombing campaign began, there seemed to be a massive amount of pressure in the media to stop the bombing campaign, yet it seems to me to be waning quite alot and more media attention is being focused on Hezbollah and the fact that they are a terrorist organisation.
There is talk now that they want U.N Troops to go into Southern Lebanon to restore law and order and to prevent Hezbollah from returning. I dont think that this is likely to happen and it will probably end up that Israel and whoever wants to help will go in after the rest of them over time. I think that in this, Iran will pay a heavy price for supplying Hezbollah with missiles, I would not be surprised if once the operation in Lebanon dies down that they are hit hard by Israel to put a stop to their missile making capacity. It seems logical that if Israel are working to stop Hezbollah's supply lines from Iran, that Israel will hit the factories and the leadership of them where they are being made.
The U.N can make as many statements about Israel as they like, until they do the right thing and organise troops to stop the genocidical massacre that is happening in Darfur Sudan, just like what happened in Rwanda. I dont think that they are in any position to be critisizing anyone as they cleary are a bunch of weak hypocrites that have no role in actually protecting the people that they were set up to defend.
LE---seems to me that if Israel responds like they're doing now----and that response is over the capturing of a few Israeli soldiers----my question is---how would they respond to the kidnapping/capturing of their Prime Minister???
One thing I've always noticed---the Israeli Army doesn't "mess around"---neither have they ever asked the UN for their feeble advise---you get up in their "Kool-Aid"----you better know what flavor you're messin' with!!!!
You can say that again.....and again.....and again....and I'll thumbs up again:thumbs: ....and again:thumbs: ..... and again:thumbs:
Everytime 0-balls Anan opens his mouth, especially when criticizing the US, I just wanna p--ke all over his face on tv. (thank goodness my wife is there in the living room with me). His hypocrisy and 0-balledness is absolutely sickening.
Israel does what they say they'll do. I'm surprised Hezbollah was surprised. Don't they pay attention?
