Not that Mrs Bill Clinton isn't already a dispicable individual, but to use the pain and suffering of men who gave so much to prtect us and to free others is so wrong that it's beyond words.

At least when General Patton visited hospitals--slapped a few of um around a bit---that was incentive enough for the others to grab their M-1's and a handful of granades and get somebody to point the way to the front!

Would rather Patton slap me senseless than to let Hillary fill me with a bunch of Democratic Bologna!

I'm sure her visit comforted them, as soon as she left.

Yeh, Brother Curtis! But did she slap anybody on her way out? Anybody below the rank of Commander-in-Chief? Somehow I can't imagine Hillary and Bill livin' in the White House for 8 long, dreary years without Hillary slappin' the daylights out of Bill--at least once!! [IMG]

If she truly said this in Iowa does that indicate a change in her plans for 2004. I've been gone from the states for the last two elections, but isn't there an early presidential caucus in Iowa?

    Yeah, you're probably right.

The thing that bothers me most about this is that a few months ago, if I recall, she pretty much said "flst-out" that she was not going to run for president this time.

Now here we all are, wondering if she will.

That, in itself, says that everyone knows that she is a liar, and you can't trust what she says.

But, it seems that in the polulation as a whole, and certainly in the news, that is not only tolerated but expected.

We Christians are nearly as bad as the population as a whole, many of us suck up the lies and pretend that it's ok. (only for Republicans, of course).

No wonder we have practically nothing but bums from either major party.

Shoot, Jim, the fact that no one can corroborate the Walter Reed/Iraq story is fact enough that she's distorting her own facts.

The thing that I can't understand is how people overlook these things.

We should know something by this Friday, November 21. I think that's the deadline for entering the New Hampshire primary.

    Seems she actually did go...

But shame on her for telling the good deed she did.

Daisy, how dare you be skeptical of NewsMax, which has only the most noble intentions toward Mrs. Clinton.

The follow-up story was about as close you'll get NewsMax to admitting it was wrong — sort of.

    LIB MR DUCKS

I can only guess as to its meaning here, other than "if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck" ...

Thanks for the link, LOL. Here's a variation of MR Ducks:

The story goes that two duck hunters in a duck blind on Maryland's Eastern Shore were looking skyward when this friendly exchange occurred... For those unfamiliar with the distinct dialect of the Eastern Shore, what the two hunters were saying was...

    M.R. Ducks
    M. R. Not
    O. S. A. R.
    C. M. Wangs
    L. I. B.
    M. R. Ducks

    (Translation)

    Them are ducks.
    Them are not.
    Oh, yes, they are.
    See them wings?
    Well, I'll be.
    Them are ducks.
