    (CNSNews.com) - American citizens who are victimized or injured as a result of crimes committed by illegal aliens should be able to seek restitution from those immigrants' home countries, according to Rep. Ted Poe (R-Tex.).

    There is, he said, a continued "lack of interior enforcement" against criminal aliens, which jeopardizes American citizens along the southwestern border and throughout the nation.

    In an interview with Cybercast News Service, he said that criminal aliens' home countries frequently block the repatriation of their own citizens, exacerbating the situation.

    We have a spineless Congress and Administration when it comes to illegal aliens. Maybe we should ship all the criminals to Gitmo.

    I have the solution for the illegal immigrant problem.

    Every time we find an illegal alien in our country, send them back to their country of origin, and withhold $10,000 of the aid we send that country - that's per illegal. That might be some incentive for these countries to stop encouraging the problem.

    But... It'll never happen.

    Amen to that! What Congress and the President are planning is absolutely disgraceful. Read Senator Sessions' summary of twenty loopholes released 6/4/2007. We must make our voices heard! Our politicians are more concerned about getting the potential Mexican vote than securing our nation.
