Homicide Suspect Doesn't Like This Situation

    Two people gave him a ride. In return, he's been arrested for shooting each of them in the back of the head. One of them has survived. He was caught driving their vehicle.

    But suspect does like to use the word 'situation'.

    What a strange story.

    The guy talks as if another person created the situation for him instead of himself.

    The judge allowed the victim's family member's to make a statement. They couldn't have any first hand knowledge of the crime.

    The story calls the stolen vehicle a car, then a Hyundai Elentra, then an SUV.

    No doubt the suspect is one of those who is against capital punishment.
