Can anyone help me? It has become impossible for me to sign in to my hotmail account. I have no problem with my yahoo or charter accounts.

I am able to type in my username and password, but then nothing happens. When I enter them, I get a blank page and the slide bar on the bottom of the page moves up about three bars and stops.

Is there some setting I need to check? Thanks.

Hotmail will inactivate your account if you have left it inactive for a while
(I forget the exact amount of time but it's quite short for the free accounts)

You may need to re-register.
Contact them or look to at their registration rules.

Deacon, I don't think inactivation is the problem. I think after 30 days of inactivity Hotmail deactivates an account. I have used the account daily up until this problem began, which was a couple of days ago.
