Kerry should know, he's admitted to participating in atrocities.

You are fairly dishonest, here, CTB. If the IMF funds & other pork wasn't in there, the bill would pass. This has been stated on this thread, yet you gloss right over it.

And I would think you would be happy about this. I didn't see you being critical when the dems wouldn't pass a funding bill without the additions. I think it's YOU playing politics, and not very well, either.

And you also are either purposefully, or ignorantly leaving out that the bill already passed the senate, on an 86-3 vote, before the pork was added. Maybe the dems added all the pork, just to play politics....

You also, either purposefully, or ignorantly, left out the 32 house democrats who voted "NAY" on Tuesday. Why do you not accuse these dems of the same bogus claim ?

The Republicians are simply playing politics with the lives of our armed forces. Be honest. Remember how the Republicians damned Democrats for any vote, even procedural votes? They give no slack, but expect lots for themselves.

Curtis don't confuse poor Crab with the facts. He's stuck in his hole in the sand and doesn't want to acknowledge the truth.

Crabtownboy, you and I both know you are correct. People like Curtis and Sag will never admit that when it was the democrats a few years ago, it was a different story.

After all, if they admitted this truth, it would point out their own hypocrisy!

I don't understand why democrats hate our troops either.

It was a democrat, Turbin Durbin, who called the troops "jack booted thugs" on the Senate floor.

It was a democrat John Kerry who said the troops were raping and pillaging innocent Iraqi familys.

It was a democrat, "bo", your "dear leader", the tall skinney dictator, who accused the troops of killing innocents in Afghanistan.

You and crabtownboy both know that it is the leftist democrats who hate the military. To contend otherwise is simply not truthful but then that is the trademark of Marxist psychology.

Have they really abandoned the troops in Iraq or are they simply waiting for a spending bill that puts the money toward the war effort, where it belongs, and is not simply a backdoor scheme to funnel money to the IMF?

Do you know for certain that they would still oppose the bill if the rider concerning the IMF were removed?

It is also the democrats and the left that always want to disallow military absentee ballots.

A whole lot of love in that huh?

This is the weakest attack on anyone in a long time.

    Ridiculous.

You got that right. I've never seen anyone so willing to gloss over a rebuttal to a post. Not one point addressed, just the same old dishonest smear attempt.

You asked for evidence of Democrats trying to block military absentee votes?

No problem. It surprises me that you are not aware of this.

There's the fact that 32 dems voted "NAY", but you guys are calling out only the GOPers. Seems pretty dishonest, and immature.

Like I said, it's obvious who's playing politics. The dems used to demand pork in the spending bill, or they wouldn't pass it. Nothing has changed, evidently. Except that there now are 32 democrats who are willing to do the right thing.
