Hi Cop! Yes I understand you perfectly. I have many friends who are cops. A dozen or so in St. Louis County, and My Uncle is a State Trooper. So I kind of get the jest of what your position is.

But known the less you are the same age as one of my daughters. You are only a few years older than AdoptedDaughter and AuDzY. My board years are the same as yours ;) , well I will be 24 on the 26th. :D And there are many others.

The whole purpose is to mingle in fellowship. Start a thread anywhere your hearts content about anything you like.

    examples of thread:

See you will get results. If you think this is not the area, go to Other Discussions and post it. Or go to the Members forum and post it. Post it here! Tell you what...I will start a thread on the first one. The rest you can have.

But when we segregate ourselves from the body, then all we get is part of the body, and we will miss out on all the meat.

Why not a forum for just Christian Cops. Hey! I know someone on this board who would like that, my church member, singing buddy "Singing Cop"! Have you met him yet? Nice fellow! Really a nice fellow!

I am gonna go start that thread now.
    Love ya in Christ!

I agree - the ages between highschool and 30-somethings are often the most ill-treated group in the church today

Yes even worse then you highschool punks ;) and ya geezers

Too many times people come to salvation at this point in life - and because they have a wordly maturity they are often thrown into church leadership without having a chance to develop spiritual maturity as dem highschool whippersnappers [IMG]

It is a sad sad thing when I see churches simply absorbing C&C's (College and Careers) into their adult groups wholesale and assuming that they will take care of their own growth
