    At the risk of posting simi-serious comment in a silly thread and being forever labeled a nerd:

    I assume that after the Tower of Babel one group of people migrated east and north until they reached a then frozen Bering Sea. They crossed the ice and begn to set up housekeping in North America.

    or

    They had enough points on their Visa card to get free airline tickets.

    Actually I'm pretty sure the Indians were here first and migrated elsewhere.. menageriekeeper is only partly right. North America is where the Humans sprang forth from monkeys.. I can prove it too.... Look around, ain't no monkeys to be found, least not the furry, flea eatin, banana lovin kind. hmmmm maybe I oughta write one of them there Historical Science type books or somthing. :laugh: :laugh:

    Well South America was where Atlantis was located and when it was destroyed the Atlantians spead out accross the continent and some made it as far as Greece and Egypt and spoke with a friend of plato's about it.
