I love a good omelette, but I would love to eat it with a colby or cheddar cheese. Here we eat it with goat cheese or a type of mozzarella. Both are good, but I find myself missing Colby.

On a regular basis, I like my eggs scrambled and with hashbrowns (and not those potato cakes, either---the real thing!)----no ketchup!!!

I love an over esy egg on top of hash browns, then the yolk runs all over it, yum. But to try and keep fat down I only use the cake type and bake them, the loose ones you have to have oil to fry. Unless someone knows something I don't, then share!

You might could use Pam, but I doubt it would have the same crispiness.

==When I eat eggs I like them fried - easy. I don't like scrambled or boiled eggs at all. Even with fried eggs I don't eat the white. Eggs can be really nasty.:(

I like my eggs hard-boiled on top of pizza.
Then again they are good in empanadas as well.
Or on a sandwich. Or just about anywhere.

Argentines are the masters of the egg. They put it hard-boiled or fired on just about anything along with mayo. Even pizza... seriously its not too bad.

    Cooked!

Although the raw ones do slide down a bit easier, however. ;)

Sunny side up--soft yoke, firmly cooked white, or scrambled. I also like hot red pepper and cinnamon on them.

I have an egg intolerance, so I prefer my eggs still in the nest with a baby chick poking it's downy little head out.

I like an omlet with bacon and 'merican cheese. Or just a few scrambled with cheese is great (as long as it's 'merican cheese!). Throw in some bacon or sausage, and a couple 'a biscuits, and you've got yerself a pretty good meal!

I don't lay eggs. Nothing chicken about me.

    Cheers,

Make my eggs over easy. Get 'em just right and chop 'em into my cheesy grits.
