    Uh-huh, it's voluntary until you try to get the deductions from your pay to stop. Like I said she tried for over two years to stop it without success.

    Sure she would. Because as a person who is capable, hard working and self confident she would no doubt rise to an executive position in no time. Just as she has done in her current employment.

    That's something that union lackies don't understand... the concept of advancing through competence and hard work. :tongue3:
