Proverbs 4:25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee.
26 Ponder the path of thy feet, and let all thy ways be established.
27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil.

Consider the context of these verses:
Verse 27 is the last verse of chapter 4. Originally there were no chapter divisions. This is how chapter 5 begins:
Proverbs 5:1 My son, attend unto my wisdom, and bow thine ear to my understanding:
2 That thou mayest regard discretion, and that thy lips may keep knowledge.
3 For the lips of a strange woman drop as an honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil:
4 But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged sword.
5 Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.

    Here's another one...

Job 31:1 I made a covenant with mine eyes; why then should I think upon a maid?

Yes, that is precisely what I am speaking about.
What is the difference to "admire" or "think upon"?

Or Psalm 101:3 I will set no wicked thing before mine eyes.

There really is no difference between to admire and to think upon.

For me I KNOW it's a sin to have a lingering stare or to take a second look, because it's always for sensual and carnal reasons.

All depends on which part of wach day, as can go some time between active sinning, but also depends if its me od God answering that question, as i am sure he sees it much higher amount than I do!
