    Boggles my mind how anyone can conclude that we are not heeding the Constitution. As the first Chief Justice said, "The Constitution says what we say it says," and he came to that conclusion because the Constitution plainly "says" that it "says" what the supremes say it says.

    When you look at the voting records of some members of Congress, it seems to me that they were unconscious when they voted! :tonofbricks:
