Very cute! :wavey:
I'm so glad that you started this thread again. The other one that disappeared was soooo funny.
I remember once a very long time ago (I was just a lurker), there were some people on the BB having a heated discussion as to what Heaven was going to be like.
ChristianCynic (remember him?) said,....
"Well, I know this. We not going to be floating around on some dumb clouds, playing a bunch of crummy harps!!"
I still laugh when I think about it.
I love these threads
Loved Dr. Bob's quip a while back on deacons.
"...Phoebe (a woman in the church at Cenchrea, neighbor to Corinth) is called by the MASCULINE TITLE "deacon" (not simply as a feminine form of the word, which would be a female servant)
Many of my friends think that the use of this masculine term is the "office" of deacon . . and a woman was one!
Others of my friends teach that she was simply a servant and not anything "official" (not the HUSBAND of one woman!!).
Me? I agree with my friends."
Your BB friend, Rob
Very cute! </font>
How cute! Loved it.
Bro. Jim, you sure have a way with words!

Not too long after I joined, I stepped in and posted on a subject to help alleviate an argument between 2 BB'ers.
I do not recall what the thread was about, but I distinctly remember helping to quell the argument with a typo in my comments which was later pointed out to me.
I stated at the conclusion of my comments,
I still can't believe I actually wrote that.
Bro.James Reed, we should remember that for future arguments!
...But I don't drink sake
Not saki, Pete! Sake!
I think 'Pete' refers to St. Peter. He will probably have a forum set up for us BB'ers to keep us away from the general public.
I still can't believe I actually wrote that. </font>
Heh, my pastor was once preaching a message and said "Israel went into a land flowing with milk and hussies!" He turned so red we the whole congregation about died laughing.
One Christmas, our pastor was preaching on the virgin birth. He meant to say 'Fruit of the womb'.
Instead, he said, 'Fruit of the Loom'.
The whole congregation got silent and then burst out in laughter. He didn't even know what he had said, he had to ask...
Of course, we have never let him forget it...
