"But I guess it doesn't matter. We're going to turn out all right As long as men like Brian Chontosh wear our uniform."
Way to go Captain Chontosh. There are men and women who would follow you anywhere. ...Ask where the good way is, and walk in it. Jeremiah 6:16
Thank you for that link. It will be passed on.
I just watched a segment on 60 Minutes that showed how little our servicemen have to work with. They have to buy motorola walkie-talkies from Radio Shack to communicate through because they don't have radios.
Yet, our taxes are paying for things we really don't need right now...grants going toward studying how snakes crawl, etc.
The servicemen really need our prayers.
I'm thinkin' sometimes, mabye, pride is not such a bad thing.

That is a terrible thing. I won't make fun of your military though, the way some Americans make fun of ours for lack of supplies. We had GREEN camo clothing for AFGHANISTAN!
Good web site. God bless the fighting forces of the USA! Of which my brother is a part.
My sister sent this to me recently. I absolutely loved it. I'm sooo proud of our troops. God bless them all!
Not when the pride is in your country, husband or kids. I'm proud of them all.
Ever listen to the words to the Statue of Liberty?
The first verse says, "I'm so proud to be called an American"
and the second verse says "I'm so glad to be called a Christian"
Man! I'm getting chills just typing this!! I love that song. I've never been able to listen to it once without crying. I fear the day that I can.
Being a Marine myself, I cried. This was very emotional for me. I once had a platoon commander who reminds me of this man. I would have followed him to the doors of hell for my country if he had told us.
In HIS service;
Wow. Thanks for sharing this.
In His Grip,
very great sight i am cring now. i loved being a soldier (9th light infantry reg HHC) and say thank you.
thankyou and God Bless
My son was just asking me the other day why they aren't giving purple hearts in this war, and I told him, "They are."
Thanks J_B. Another Marine shed tears today for those men, and women, upholding our tradition, the Pride of the Marines for God and Country - always faithful.
But God does give us help, viz. all those others in the other services.
