    hello willow,

yes, i think i know what you mean, although it can a be bit difficult to describe sometimes. Sometimes, I find it is when He is confirming that what I am doing or should be doing is what He wants me to do. But it has happened on many different occasions. Isn't it wonderful how He comunicates with us?

Willow 2 and followinghim....Hi! Yes I have felt that feeling many times. It is a feeling that I cannot describe. I know when I have that feeling I always want to touch everyone, thinking it could flow from me, to those I touch.

    God Bless

I've been overwhelmed by a humble joy of being really close spiritually, usually happens after some considerable time in prayer. But I'm not sure if it is the same as what you are all describing. I feel my face flush and my eyes well, and I feel unbelievably close to God, within His will. But to me it just feels like the communication lines are clear, not really like He's touched me or is in the room or anything like that.

Not the same as you. I know what's happening when it happens. Isn't it the most wonderful and peaceful feeling?

    Love,

I don't know if this sounds silly or not, but I know it really happens. Sometimes when I am deep in prayer or hurting so severely that all I can do is utter groanings; I have felt a spine-tingling touch on my back. I believe it is the Lord giving me reassurance. It is not a physical touch, but almost like the gentle imprint of a hand. After that, comes the 'peace that passeth understanding'. It is then I know things are all right.

    Blessings,
    Sue

Has the lord ever moved in your life & made you feel so close to him, or has the spirit left you because you have chosen to block him out?

I know of alot of people that has happen too, And why has that happen to people, Can you tell me why that has happen???

Willow, I don't think the Spirit ever leaves us, but we can certainly 'quench' the Spirit and it feels as it we have been deserted.

Yes, I have felt very close to God and not always in times of trouble.

I don't know why certain things happen to certain people. I know that if we seek, He is always there.

    Blessings,
    Sue

It is a comfort to know that He is always there for us, just waiting for us to call on Him.

He is our Joy and our Strength. As Sue, says the Holy Spirit is with us all the time. We can feel God's presence anywhere we are.

I know the feeling to stand amazed or in awe of His blessings and splendor.

And when we remember what Jesus did for us so that we can have eternal life, it is overwhelming that anyone could love me so much to die for me.

I have never experienced what you all seem to have. I've felt close. I've seen prayers answered. But nothing like what you have.
