    1. No current nor former member of Congress (House and Senate) may run for Congress in 2012. Sentaors who are in year 3-4 of their term will be prohibited for life to run for senate again, if they do not resign. Senators in years 5-6 are requested to resign.

    2. No person currently holding office in thier respective state senate or lower house as well as any Statewide office holder may not run for the US congress in 2012.


    So do you like my ideal?

    The Constitution you all love requires congress to set the rules for their own election.

    Generally speaking, I'm against any new laws. So no, I don't support this one.
