    There is of course no biblical basis for names being written in the Lamb's book of life "before" the foundation of the world. The names are written from or since the foundation of the world. The group that consistently misrepresents this scripture is well know. See Revelation 13:8 (except the ESV mistranslation) and 17:8. :)
