Somebody mailed this link to me.
    Found it somewhat amusing.

    http://mysite.verizon.net/vze1ldyn/id2.html

I read the following somewhere else as a continuation of the talking points picture.

"Lincoln: What you seem to forget, Mr. O'Reilly, is--

O'Reilly: Shut up! Just shut up! If you're going to come on this show and, and, and LIE, and spread your liberal, democratic claptrap--

    Lincoln: Actually, I'm a Republica--

O'Reilly: Cut his microphone! I'm, I'm cutting your microphone, that's it, and we're going to next guest. I can't BELIEVE you'd have the gall to behave like this on my program!"

I'm not sure I understand. Do you have to live in Europe to understand this?

    "Can too!"
    "Can't neither!"
    "Can too!"
    "Can't neither!"

I thought it was quite humorous for the most part, especially the one about the terrorists in Boston Harbour!

Slightly humorous though more Liberal sour grapes over FOX's success. One thing I was confused about is one of the anchors in the photos I believe was Soledad O' Brien whom I do not believe ever worked for FOX but was with NBC/MSBC and now with CNN.

In the Revolutionary War, O'Reilly would have been backing Tarleton and Cornwallis.

He certainly would have been highly alarmed at the radical liberalism of Abraham Lincoln.

Success does not necessarily mandate credibility, and I certainly hope that you aren't suggesting this is the case, especially with FoxNews.

    FoxNews is highly credible.

It's a shame you can't remove your liberal glasses long enough to see that.

Galatian, O'Reilly isn't the only one who would have found Lincoln's ideas extremely liberal. I do, however, believe you should refrain from saying he would have backed the British side during the Revolution. You have no evidence to support this claim.

When did email forwards become news? I always send them to my spam or junk box. Should I expect email forwards to become relevant in our BB News Forum?

Would it really be fair for Fox News to be the #1 news source for such a long period of time. [IMG] Where would America be today without all the liberal propaganda. [IMG]

Of course they would have - I think that is clear, and the attack on the British tea would have been considered a terrorist attack.

Fox would have supported what would have been "conservative" at the time.

By the way, did FoxNews ever issue a retraction for the claim by several on the channel that Dr. Hammesfahr was a Nobel Prize nominee? I never saw one, did you?

Media Matters has an EXTENSIVE collection of articles about the credibility of FoxNews.

Of course Fox News is credible. Do they lean slightly Right? Of course they do! That does not mean they are not credible. The idea of a unbias news is a fantasy.

Does CNN, CBS, NBC, MSNBC ABC, PBS, lean Left? Who are we kidding!!!! [IMG] Of course they do! [IMG]

All Networks lean in a Political direction. 5 lean to the Left and 1 leans to the Right. I have no problem with that in that I think it is impossible to be completely unbias. I personaly like FOX and MSNBC the best and I enjoy watching CBS even though they lean left.

The Liberals however seem to whine when FOX which is Right leaning trounces the other 5 Left leaning networks in the ratings. [IMG]

The only true unbias network is C-Span. All the others have their bias. That is not necessatily a bad thing (Unless we have only one Network).

News is no longer news. It's entertainment.

Fox is right, while every one else is left. As it was mentioned, you want unbiased? Turn on CSPAN. There's some real entertainment for you... [IMG]
