Flipping around on the news channels, the exit polls so far in SC(I think I heard this on Fox News) are not looking good for Huckabee as he losing those for whom national security is the chief issue by a 2 to 1 margin to McCain and only splitting with McCain those for whom the economy is the chief issue.

The SC polls close in 10 minutes. Hopefully, after tonight Huckabee will be done, for all practical purposes.

Just heard Thompson speak in South Carolina. He didn't say he is dropping out but he sure sounded like a man who's not enthused about his prospects going forward.

It's too bad that his campaign didn't pan out.

With 21% of the vote in Huckabee is losing by 8% to McCain.

I am flipping between Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC on TV. I am finding that Fox News(being a pro-Republican network) is providing the best info and commentary on the SC race.

With 50% of the vote in, Huckabee is still losing by 5%.

With 73% of the vote in Huckabee is still losing by 5%.

Looks like Huckabee will be the 2008 version of Pat Robertson - does extremely well in Iowa but can't duplicate it elsewhere.

Ken, I do believe you dislike Huckabee as much as I dislike Romney.
