The Eugenics and Euthanasia Act is unconstitutional because it makes us all part and parcel of the bloodshed of the innocent by forcing us into putting our stamp of approval upon abortion (and contraception by those who don't believe in it).

Everyone has the unalienable right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.

When an abortion is committed all these rights are taken away.

But that was decided back in 1973 anyway.
Now you and I will be forced to contribute to the National Death Act.

I remember the days before health insurance became FOR PROFIT. Thanks to a Republican President Nixon and the Congress at that time, managed care came into being and that is when insurance companies started to insure for profit (1973).

The Dems say because so many are uninsured they have to make sure everyone is insured because we are all paying for the uninsured. What they have overlooked is that even with the Obamacare law, there will still be a certain percentage of people who are uninsured and will not be subject to a fine because they have no reported wages from which the IRS can withhold the penalty, for example, prostitutes, drug dealers, people who work under the table for cash or wages, illegal immigrants, women who sneak over our borders to give birth (aka anchor babies), and more. So the idea is a big farce and just another power tactic to take our liberty away. If they were sincere and really wanted to help people out, they would have insisted on caps on premiums (which have already gone up), insisted insurance cos insure those with pre-existing conditions, and make it possible for us to purchase healthcare ins over state lines (like we can life insurance, etc).

In addition, Obamacare TAKES (steals) $550 billion dollars from Medicare (that's money you and I have paid and are paying into Medicare already) to help fund Obamacare. This from a Medicare they say is unsustainable and going broke.

As far as Social Security goes, that is another Ponzi scheme, a shell game. We have been mandated to pay into SS for our entire working lives and our employers have been mandated to pay their share into SS as well, yet past administrations and congresses have STOLEN (yes stolen) several trillions of dollars out of the SS fund (which they now say is going broke and unsustainable) to balance their budgets, pay for wars, and whatever other pet programs they wanted instead of just leaving the money alone in the SS Trust Fund. I just heard a Dem Congressman the other day say (on CSPAN) that the SS fund was perfectly fine until the year 2037 or something like that, yet his president said last year that if they didn't agree to increasing the national debt, he wasn't sure if SS checks would be mailed out. Republicans say the SS fund is going broke. So which is it? Oh, and by the way, what Congress put into the SS Trust Fund were a bunch of IOUs, US Treasury Bonds, which probably aren't worth the paper they are printed on and certainly not worth anything in gold to back them up and our national debt is multiple trillions to China, so I'm sure those IOUs will really hold up. [/sarcasm]

The truth of the matter is that Congresses from both parties and Administrations from both parties have sold the American people down the river (at least those of us who work for a living, pay taxes, and have our payroll deductions deducted from our checks) and our liberties are all but gone. I seriously doubt the SCOTUS will overturn Obamacare because they are in cahoots with Obama (there was a private meeting between Obama and the Justices before he was sworn in - except for Justice Alito - but that is another issue for another day).

The Commerce Clause - what is to keep the Feds from telling us we must buy a Chevy Volt since their sales aren't doing too well and we drive gas guzzlers. What is to keep the Feds from telling us we have to eat certain foods or behave in certain ways or the Squad of Bureaucrats in DC will deem we can't have covered heatlhcare benefits?

And not to mention the additional taxes that Obamacare will levy on prosthetics, joint replacement parts, cardiac stents and valves, etc. Ask Boston Scientific...
