    That is because if that bird were covered in oil there would be thousands of other dead and dying birds nearby. While the statement may be true, the implication is false.

    Solar and wind is an absolute joke as a replacement for fossil fuel, nuclear could easily do it.

    No, but that has nothing to do with the implication of your graphic. Surely you realize that. With an oil spill birds are just a small part of the damage. The entire Eco system of the area is affected.
