    We had a discussion at church last Sunday. If you could see one event in Scripture, which one would you choose and why? Would it be the Resurrection, Creation, Transfiguration, maybe even one of the end time events, or something else?

    The Resurrection, it being the centerpiece of Christian faith.

    Watching the creation would be pretty neat. Just for a moment, let your imagination run.

    You're standing there (or floating, or sitting, whatever) with the members of the Trinity. And God said "Let there be a planet." And there was a planet.

    The Father turns to the Son, "okay Son, what next?"

    The Son replies, "Father, let's have some light."

    The Father says, "You do it this time."

    And so forth. At one point, a mosquito materializes. You ask, "what's that, Lord God?"

    "Why, that's a mosquito."

    "What's it good for, Lord?"

    "Uh, I'll get back to you on that."

    Okay, I'm taking liberties here, but you get the point. After all, Adam hasn't been created yet, so I'm not really there.

    If it would count as one "event," the entire crucifixion, burial, and resurrection timeline would be my preference to see.
