Pray to God to send forth Laborers...

This is essential because God works through his local church and the fields is white unto harvest and yet the pastors, deacons, evangelists, are few... They are still the offices and gifts of the church that God uses..

We need to be careful about giving lip service to the work being of the Spirit while talking about all "I Have Done" since I left off such shackles... God forbid.

For, simply again, No, not all will be called into "full-time" service, but if a young man has been trained up his entire life in the Church of God, how can we "reach the world" if they are content to make their life endeavor toward an activity that lays less up in Heaven and more up on earth...?

God works through the Church and let us pray for more to be thrust into such full-time service...

    To God be the Glory!

I'm not a "Piperite," but I though this article was thought-provoking:

"How to Drink Orange Juice to the Glory of God."

You can most definitely do secular work for God's glory.

That is the necesity of prayer for "Christian" Colleges

That is the necesity of prayer for "Christian" Colleges

One, that they truly would be "Christian" under the "Fear of God"

    and

Two, that they would be Godly fit institutions to prepare what the Bible calls "Faithful men" for ministry and to maintain the Fear of God that the education of all areas of Study will be surrendered to the Knowledge of God
and His Will in our lives...

And, yes that starts with a strong local church with men who can lead it by the Spirit of God...

So let us pray for our "Christian" Colleges as they carry on the work of preparing
the "next generation" of our future "Christian" servant leaders of the Church.

And may we pray that the number of those entering full-time ministry will grow by the call and grace of God.

    In Sincerity and Truth,

    Michael

I went to a Baptist University.

We were plumb stupid and immature.

But, many of those stupids and immatures are missionaries and pastors.
