Does anyone know of a list of universities or seminaries that offer Master's degrees by distance and that are accredited by a CHEA recognized agency?

Yes. Go to Baker's Guide to Christian Distance Education

Luther Rice Seminary is not on the list but they offer CHEA recognized, accredited degrees, but why do I suspect you wouldn't care for that school?
