Scalpay of Harris is located in the Outer Hebrides in Scotland.

It has two churches : The Free Church of Scotland and the Free Church of Scotland (Continuing).

The fascinating thing is that the population is only 291.

Zimbabwe borders Botswana. Some 70% of Botswana is desert. But B.is doing far better economically.
It's GDP (PPP) per capita is $16,947. Z :GDP (PPP) per capita is $1,953. (per Wikipedia)

B has rule of law, respect for private property and the honoring of contracts among other notable things that Z does not implement. (Walter Williams has pointed that out.)

The leader of Z is the infamous Jacob Zuma who rivals Robert Mugabe of South Africa for corruption.
The President of B is the honorable Ian Khama.

I think you might have your leaders in Z and SA flip flopped.

You're right. Robert Mugabe has been around for so as the leader of Zimbabwe, how could I have confused him with the lesser known, but nearly as evil Jacob Zuma of South Africa.
