IRS missing billions in ID theft

    This is nothing short of gross neglect if not criminal neglect.

    Why do the heads of the IRS still have their jobs?

    Both of these should have been easily detected given that the refund side of the IRS is (or should be) highly computerized.

    A simple cross checking of bank deposit numbers and/or addresses for multiple refunds should have been automatically flagged by computer before sending them out.

    Yes I agree. Our government is out of control in just about every area.
