Is Dr. Michael Youssef a Calvinist?

I heard a great sermon today on the radio by Dr. Michael Youssef. Even without the issue I've raised in the thread title, it was a great message about pleasing men vs pleasing God. But what surprised me was his VERY Calvinistic comments about grace later in the sermon. I don't have a transcript or else I would post his comments, but here is a link to the sermon. If you have time to listen to it (approx 25 minutes), give it a listen and tell me if you agree with me that he is preaching unconditional election.
